How do I buy stuff?
You need a debit card or credit card from a major provider, a PayPal account or you can get someone to buy you a Gift Card. If you don't have any of these, you might be able to ask a friend, parent or someone in your family who does, to help you out. Ask their permission first though. Don't ever use someone else's account unless they've explicitly given you permission, or even better, if they're with you when you go shopping.
Now you're ready to go shopping! Check out all the products on this store, click on one you want to buy, select the size that fits and click 'add to cart'. That product will now be in your cart. In exactly the same way, add any other products you'd like to buy into your cart. Then, when you're ready to buy them, visit your cart and hit the 'checkout' button. Then submit all your payment details and you'll get a confirmation email. When I ship out your order you'll get another email to confirm your order is on it's way. Simple. My currency isn't listed on the currency converter, can I still shop here?
Yes! I accept payments in all standard currencies and ship worldwide. Not every currency in the world is listed on the shop's currency converter (there isn't nearly enough room). If your currency isn't listed, don't worry, you can do any currency conversions using XE.com
It’s been ages and my order is still not here! Where is it?
If it’s been a three weeks since placing your order, it should be with you, but, before getting in touch, please check the following:
- Did you receive both an order confirmation email and an email confirming that your order has been dispatched?
- If you have both these emails, is the delivery address correct on both?
- Have you received an email telling you your order has been cancelled? (Could this be lurking in your SPAM folder?).
How long will it take for my items to arrive?
UK: 5 days
International: 10 - 12 days
Oops! I didn’t mean to order that / wrong delivery address / I don't really want it.
Please don't charge me for it or send it! What can I do?
Don't panic! But act quick!
If you’ve literally just ordered it – like in the last few minutes – and you’ve not received an email from me telling you I’ve sent it, then email me right now at firstname.lastname@example.org with ‘Don’t send my order!’ in the subject box and, as long as your order has not already been processed, one of my shop managers will be able to sort it for you.
If you've already had an email from me telling you I've sent your order, or your order is already with you (and it's been less than 30 days since you ordered it), you can send it back to me and I should be able to refund you the money. Please see my Returns Policy for all info.
I’ve never heard of this shop before – am I safe to shop here?
You’ve not heard of this shop before because it’s brand new!
You are perfectly safe to shop here - all your details and payment information are protected to the highest industry standards.
Shopify handle my shop website - they are PCI compliant - which means they are totally safe.
PayPal and Shopify handle my payment and transaction process - all of your payment details are encrypted; they are two of the most secure payment platforms in the world.
I’m using a PayPal account / bank card that’s not registered in the UK – can I still shop here?
I can accept payments from major credit and debit cards around the world and all major currencies.
If you're using a lesser-known bank card, we may not be able to use it, but you can still buy products here by signing-up to PayPal.
Your bank may charge you a small fee for buying in a different currency, so to ensure you don't get any surprises I'd recommend checking with them before you buy anything.
When paying for my order the amount is displayed in GBP, but that’s not my currency – how do I know how much I will be charged?
The store's currency converter is there to help you, but it's only a guide - your payment provider may charge you international transaction fees. If you want to find out more details, check in with your bank / PayPal before buying anything.
When you come to enter your purchasing details (card number or PayPal details) the cost of your order will be displayed in GBP - this is because my store is based in the UK.
Can I pay with cheque or postal order?
I'm afraid not. You can only pay with a PayPal account or credit/debit card. If you don't have access to these, as long as you get permission from someone who does, and give them the necessary money, I'm sure they'll be prepared to help you out.
I need my order delivered outside the UK – is this OK?
I’ll send your order to you no matter where in the world you want it (within reason!). To make sure your order arrives as quickly as possible, please make sure you have given me all your address details, including building/flat number and post/zip code.
My shipping address is different to my billing address.
This is no problem at all.
When you checkout please ensure you un-tick the box labelled 'Same as billing address' and enter your shipping ('postal') address details in the section that is now available to you (under your billing address details).
How much does it cost for my items to be delivered?
To find out how much your P&P will cost, please place all the items you want to buy in your cart and make sure all quantities are correct - then use the P&P calculator at the bottom of the Shopping Cart page.
I've got some of my order - where's the rest of it?
It's on its way - it'll be with you within the next few days. (Very occasionally we need to split orders into multiple packages.)

D’oh! It doesn’t fit / I don’t like the colour / it doesn’t go with my outfit / for one reason or another I’m not satisfied with it! I want to send it back!!
Your satisfaction with my products is my top priority. If for whatever (legitimate!) reason you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, as long as it’s been less than 30 days since you ordered it, you may be eligible for a refund. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. That’s not what I ordered!
Please check your order confirmation and order dispatch emails. If what’s detailed there is not what’s with you, then I’ve made a mistake and I’m really sorry (I am human!).
